Click here for our Location Map. We are easily found, just follow the directions given below for driving from Exeter direction or walking the few minutes from St Austell's Rail / Bus station. |

Driving from Exeter on the M5 motorway, take the A30 - Okehampton into Cornwall. After passing Bodmin, as the dual carriageway ends, turn left onto the A391 to St Austell. Near St Austell, turn right onto the A390. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit (not the main road). Straight on at the traffic lights and at the double mini-roundabouts. At the next mini-roundabout, carry straight on and turn right after the traffic lights, passing the back of the White Hart. Turn sharp left and pass Barclays Bank. Directly in front of you is a small road with the Queen's Head pub on the right-hand side. Drive up this road, passing the Old Manor House. Continue up the hill. After the road junction, look for our car park on the left-hand side. Park here. Cross the road and walk through the wrought iron gate into Elm Terrace. Cherry Eden is the third house along the terrace. Walking from the Rail / Bus station turn right out of the railway station and walk through the Pay and Display car park towards the "green footbridge". Walk underneath bridge and down the hill. Keep to the right-hand side and turn right after ACT Estate Agents into Market Hill. After the road junction, look for the wrought iron gate in the wall. Cherry Eden is the third house in the terrace. |
